Andreas Graf completed his law studies at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and concluded his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. After several years of independent practice as an attorney, he joined the law firm Graf & Naydis Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB as a partner in November 2010. Since then, he has played a key role in shaping the strategic direction and client management of the partnership.

Ivan Naydis studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. Since the founding of the partnership in 2010, he has served as a partner, overseeing key legal areas and contributing to the continuous development of the firm’s structures.

Attorney-at-Law, Xenia Kharmach
Xenia Kharmach has a broad academic and international background in law and economics, including studies at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and the University of Barcelona. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, including an attorney traineeship at Hogan Lovells. Since February 2014, she has strengthened the firm as an employed attorney, applying her expertise to complex commercial and civil law matters.

Annett Sturm
Annett Sturm studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and completed her legal clerkship with placements at, among others, the Munich I Public Prosecutor’s Office, the City of Munich, and renowned law firms. Since November 2019, she has been part of the team as a legal advisor, supporting the attorneys in handling demanding legal matters.

Marina Evstratova has strengthened the firm since June 2015 as an executive management assistant in the field of migration law. With strong expertise and a pronounced client-oriented approach, she supports ongoing cases and assists with the legal processing in this specialized area of law.
